Statement of Fees
OPTION 1: FULL CEREMONY:
I offer an all-inclusive fee of $650. (If no rehearsal, then $500). A deposit of $350 to be paid when we first meet and you decide to use my services. This is non-refundable. The full fee is to be paid within 14 days of the first meeting. Then I will go ahead with developing the ceremony & send you a draft.
FEES INCLUDE:
- The invisible hours (10- 12 hrs on average)
- Meeting with you to discuss arrangements & wishes. Providing you with information about the framework for the ceremony and exploring with you ideas and opportunities to ensure that your ceremony fits with what you want. Thus the creation of a personalised & meaningful ceremony
- Drafting of the ceremony & sending to you for feedback via email/ phone & communicating with you by phone and/or email. I create the first draft of the ceremony and we rework it via email , phone or meeting , as we finalize it.
- Providing you with information about the framework for the ceremony and exploring with you ideas and opportunities to ensure that your ceremony fits with what you want and also provides substance.
- Sample ceremonies and vows, symbols and rituals. When you come to the interview you offer your ideas, chose words from the selection I have , mix and match, or just list the words you believe are important and I will write based on those words, or you write them yourselves.(Including keeping them confidential from each other until the day if you choose!).
- Creating and printing the keepsake copy of the ceremony
- Travel to and from the ceremony venue, within 50 k’s of my office
- Briefing other parties, family members
- X 1-2 Meetings with the yourselves
- Rehearsal – 1 hour with yourselves & relevant others
- Use of professional PA system.
- Ceremonial certificate
- Officiating at your ceremony on the day.
OPTION 2: SIMPLE TYPE CEREMONY in my office or in nearby park, near my office.
Once you have decided to use my services, a deposit of $200 to be paid when we first meet. This is non-refundable. The full fee of $450.00 is to be paid within 14 days of the this meeting.
- X1 Meeting with the you as a couple – discussion of ceremony, date & time
- Basic ceremony developed using a template with brief personalized comments
- Communicating with you by phone and/or email
- Stationery, postage and printing costs
- Use of signing table and table cloth
- Ceremonial certificate
- Officiating at your ceremony on the day
Additional Costs Apply For
- Travel and accommodation expenses out of metropolitan area. greater than 50 k’s from my office in East Brunswick
- There is an additional cost for extra time or additional rehearsals at your wedding venue or other location depending upon distance and travelling time. ($100 – $150) .
Refund policy
A deposit of $350 (or $200 for simple ceremony) to be paid when we first meet and you decide to use my services. This is non-refundable. The full fee is to be paid within 14 days of this first meeting. The fee (less the deposit) is refundable only if written notice of cancellation of the ceremony is given to me not less than 14 days before the arranged ceremony day OR if I am unable to conduct the ceremony on the day am not able to arrange for a substitute celebrant.
Fees paid (or payable) in respect of visit to the venue and/or travels costs exceeding 50 km in a return journey between my base and the place of ceremony are not refundable or waivable.
